There are a ton of round ripple patterns out there and I'm having issues finding one that meets all my needs. I'm turning to those who are likely to know and have experience in working with these things.

I'm seeking a pattern with 8 or more points that does not require adding in little diamonds to make point increases. I need something with a fairly dense center and field pattern as I'll likely be using two strands of yarn a large hook.

Many thanks in advance,
smg

Have you seen the Spiderman RRs? You do not have to make them in Spiderman colors!:lol But by adding the webbing....you pretty much close up (cover over) half of the holes and you fill in the center.....:yes

I've seen a lot of finished pictures but no references to the pattern used.

Do you have a link to a pattern?

I'm making Aggie Mays RR. The center is dense and I'm using 2 strands of ww and a N Hook. I'm probably 1/3 done and I'm very happy with it so far.
