Another one of Patricia Kristoffersen's doilies with a twist completed! This one was done in lavender. I am still not certain how to get my spirals to be tighter as when I block it they get stretched. Someone suggested using a stiffener to keep them bunched, but I am just happy to have them uniform.

I've started on my third one from the pattern book. I found this wonderful thread made by Steinbach Wolle (http://www.yarndex.com/yarn.cfm?yarn_id=461) that is heavenly soft for crochet thread! It's a burgundy variegated color and it is turning out to look stunning as well as feel divine.

This doily has been RAOK'ed.

Very pretty! I like the pattern on this one. I haven't tried doilies in years....and the ones I did before were pretty simple.:manyheart

Christine, be sure to post pics of your doily when finished. I peeked at your blog and saw what you are working on. Truly outstanding! I can hardly wait to see it!

After you inspired me to finally make the blanket from the cover of "Absolutely Gorgeous Baby Afghans" by Terry Kimbrough, I completed it in pink. Did you see that post of mine recently?

I used DMC Cebelia. I don't have the color code handy, but could find it for you if you would like to know.
