I finally finished up a few more charity items (hats and some toiletry (sp?) bags). I sent them off to a local woman's shelter.

I still have tons more yarn to go through and I think my next venture is going to be baby blankets and booties.

How wonderful of you. I am in the process of destashing by making hats and scarves for Mongolian kids (http://www.fireprojects.org/dulaan.htm). I think I want to try my hand at some kid sized vests. I just need to find a pattern.

Keep up the good work.

Have you seen this pattern? I made one for my 2 year old and it worked up very quick and easy. I thought the size was a little small so you might want to go up a size.
