im in tears

I found out a friend online lost one of her twins. This did happen a little while ago, maybe a few weeks. But she finally had time to post pics and i'm in tears. i really want to put something together for her. Maybe a small lap-ghan with his name on it and an angel. i do not have any way of doing this the right way. could someone walk me through this?:(
