Hi, I am very new to this so please forgive me beforehand. I am looking to crochet a scarf that is that ruffled look... anyone know what I am talking about? I have searched everywhere... probably cannot find it because I do not know what it is called! Any tips on the name of it, pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
