Man's Hat Pattern

I'm looking for a warm hat pattern for men. Our church is hosting "Room in the Inn" for 10 men and I want to crochet a hat for each of them. Just a basic pattern will be best since I have so many to make in a short time.

I made one out ofWool-Ease chunky and used a K hook.My husband loves it!(It made a very warm hat that is great for the Wisconsin windy winter)

I thought I would have to make all 10 hats the same but with all these choices I won't have to. I want to make each one unique so they will feel like they were each thought about and not just a number. It must be hard enough being homeless.
