Toddler (Size 4) Crocheted Dress - Shells

I'm looking for a crochet dress pattern for my daughter to wear for Easter. I'd like to find one that is crocheted in one piece using shells. It's kind of hard to explain and if I were a better crocheter I could make my own pattern. I'd like it to look more like a jumper and thread a ribbon around the upper waist part. If anyone knows of a book or a website that has something like this please send me the reference or link. Thanks!
