I must have sweets on the brain. First it was my cupcake pincushion and now
it is an oreo cover for my measuring tape (from dollar store).

that is such a cool idea !!! it looks great ...but every time you look at you tape measure you'll crave oreo's :bounce

That is the cutest thing, and just the right shape! I've seen sheep and ladybug tape covers, but I like yours better!

i've got to learn how to make these maybe i would stop losing the tape then either can't find them in the bag if traveling or lose them from the boyz you selling the pattern cool idea i like it

I used the pattern from Elizabeth Doherty's very cool book Amigurumi but if you don't have that
then here is a link to a very similar pattern.

I glued the cookie part on the tape measure then made a small strip of sc to form the white filling and glued that on too.
It really is easy! Good luck
