Here's a double stranded green beaded necklace. 2 crocheted wire chains with glass beads and my own handmade closure.

I love the colors and your wire stitches are so much more uniform than mine.

I can't see the details of your handmade closure. Can you describe it?

Thanks for all the compliments ladies! I'm not sure what the gauge of wire is - I'm not really a jewelry maker, just dabbling a bit, but it's florist's wire I got from joann's

And mary pat, what i did was wind two peices of wire together on each end, made a loop, and folded one into a hook shape. I can take a picture of it if you'd like!

That is beautiful and your stitches look great. Green is my favorite color so of course I love the color.

Thanks everyone! ginamaria73 you should make one! It was SUPER easy and inexpensive. the tube of beads I got a walmart were like $2 and the florist wire was 1.99 for a spool of it. There were tons of beads and wire left over!
