I am looking for this pattern for a shawl (http://www.dragonyarns.co.uk/erol.html)

I have purchased it, on ebay, but was wondering if anyone had a copy of it so I could see what it was about?

I haven't followed a pattern very well before, and ama little nervous. DOes this one look difficult?

Thanks in advance, Meg

EDITED BY ADMIN: This site won't let you link directly to a pattern's page. Go to the above link, click Patterns, then click Shawls and Ponchos, then scroll down until you see pattern w882, Crochet Square Shawl, published by the Peter Pan Company.

Your link just goes to the main page of that site, and not to the specific pattern that you purchased. Can you give us a link directly to the specific pattern?

Ah, I see.
The pattern is w882, the crochet square pattern for the shawl.
Thanks very much!

Meg, I don't think you'll have any problem with this pattern. It's pretty easy. All dc. Although the pattern says trc, I believe it's in British terminology. It's all side to side, rather like filet.

Hi there, and thanks for the replies. I am in the uk, so my trb is your dc I think, unsure.

I have crocheted quite a lot of things, ripple afghans, usual crochet granny blankets etc but am just a little worried that it might be too hard for me.

If it is, I might come on here and ask for online help from all you crocheting pros!

Thanks again, Meg
