Would anyone have or know where I could find an afghan/lap afghan crocheted Lone Star/State of Texas flag? I'd be most appreciative.

Thank you.

Why don't you Google Lone Star state flag of Texas free afghan pattern. It can't hurt.

What if you did the background in SC or even DC and then overlaid a white starghan in the field of blue?

Go to Google and click on Images. Ask for the Texas flag. When you find an image that you think is usable, right click and save it to your hard drive. Then go to http://www.microrevolt.org/knitPro/ and turn it into a working graph.

I've got some graphs made of TX flag that you can find in this album at Epson right now:

It's meant to be done in either single crochet or afghan crochet stitch using a red MoEZ hook (or its equivalent).

FYI - a red MoEZ hook is 7/16" diameter or 11.1 mm which would be close to a size P.
