I am a beginner at pattern reading and am looking for an easy crochet doll project to do for my daughter. I need something that a beginner at pattern reading can do. I want to do well on a project to build my confidence. My goal is to to succeed at a project involving a pattern. My daughter is two years old and is not going to care about perfect craftmanship and that is a big plus for me. I am not experienced enough to really tell just by looking at a pattern yet if it will be okay for a beginner. I am going to look on the lion yarn web page to see what they have there. If anyone has a suggestion I would be so grateful.
Thank you

Leisure Arts has a Strawberry Shortcake I'm DYING to get my hands on for my almost 2yod. There is a free Raggedy Ann pattern too~ http://www.members.shaw.ca/b.e.webb/rgandann.html

I've yet to try a doll, so I can't share if these patterns are easy or not. I can't wait to learn what you try! (((((HUGS))))) sandi
