These are the crosses and angel pins for the church's shut-ins at Easter. The thick furry "stained glass" ones are Lion...uhh, I forget the name of the yarn, not Watercolors...edged with regular plain Lion Wool and felted. The others are a variety of yarn, thread and what have you. The angels are mostly worsted weight with wings made from Jamie Baby with the shiny white thread through it (I miss that yarn.)

Yes, but they don't tke long at all. I think it took me longer to get them all on the cards than it did to make the last batch! If anyone wants to test the patterns for me before I put them up, PM me. They're going to be free patterns--I just want to make sure they make sense.

That kind good deed right from your heart. Did the church supply you with the cards?

No, the cards are just Print Master projects. I did tall business cards with some of their clip art and punched holes top and bottom with a regular hole punch.

Wow, what a lot of work. I'm sure those that receive them will enjoy them. I'd love to have the patterns to make these for my kids for their Catholic school classmates. I purchased some crochet thread (it's a bit thicker than thread though) from a lady on Ebay. I bought white with a silver thread through it and white with gold through it to make rosary pouches for my daughter and her friends as First Holy Communion gifts last year and I bet the angels would look pretty with it too.
