Gone With the Wind

Hi all, I want to make my little girl a gone with the wind dress.... I especially love the barbeque dress. My little girl is 5 and I would probebly make is calf length.I am going to make the dress in a size 6 so that I use it next easter... I know that I am going to have to design this dress BUT if you have seen any gone with the wind like patterns for dresses please let me know.... thread crochet is fine also, actually I would prefer it but will take any help I can get
