A few years I saw what I recall was a bookmark. It slipped around one cover and to where you left off in your reading. It also had some sort of pocket that you could use for pencils. I can not for the life of me remember where I found it, and of course, now that I want to make it, can't find the pattern I had already printed!
If any one knows of the pattern, I would love to know! Thanks alot!

Sharon

p.s. it was marking the page on a copy of The Hobbit.

I can't remember what the bookmark was called but I am pretty sure a Crochetville member created that pattern and had posted it here on Crochetville. Use the SEARCH function here and maybe you will find it.

I thought it was in the 2006 CPAD calendar...could be wrong...I recall making a thread one for DH at least a year ago. Hope this helps.

Momcrochets was close. It was Tuesday, Dec. 4th, 2007 CPAD calendar. Designer is Anita Stark. It's called " Pencil Holder/Book Mark.

The bookmark/pencil holder fits on/in the spine.
