Short Shrug tie in front

I seen a shrug on here or one of the websites for a short shrug that ties in the front under the bust area and now I cant find it...I've looked almost everywhere...My Niece wants me to make her one so if someone knows what shrug Im talking about please let me know whether it be a website or book , etc...

One that you might be thinking of is the Knot Ugly Shrug from SNB crochet. I was trying to find a link to an official picture, but couldn't. However, if you do a search on the ville, you can find lots of people's versions of this one. It is a lot like what you are describing.

Hmmm, I'm thinking I might actually try that one in that Grace yarn I picked up and never did anything with :)
