Crochet pattern for hotpad/ potholder mushroom and matching turtle

:)Has anyone seen a free pattern online for a Toadstool or mushroom with a matching turtle? I think it's a hotpad or potholder, it is a black and white pattern. I am assuming it is vintage. I came across it the other day, and forgot to put it in my favorites column.
