I just wanted to show off my May Squares for an 8" square swap I'm involved in :)

My personal favourite is the green one, I just made one for myself in blue :) and I'm about to start a brown one *lol* today is crochet day :crocheting

The colours were chosen by my swap partner so i can't take credit for that *lol*

The pink square was modified from an old pattern I inherited from my Grandma and fiddled about with...so is the 3 coloured one.

The green one is available free online, it is called Dream Weaver.

The tan one is from "200 crochet blocks" it is called Willow ( I don't know if the UK book is the same as the US one though)

The squares are all very pretty. My favorite is the bottom right square. Willow is in my copy of 200 Crochet Blocks which is a U.S. version, I guess. It's on page #106 and Square #189. In the book it looks like it has too many large open spaces for my preference but your spaces look smaller. So, I'm gonna have to give it a try for somebody's wish list.
