I made this using bernats free "market bag" pattern. It was my first attempt at ever reading a pattern and making something other than simple stitch blanket. While I know its not perfect, I am very proud of it!

Great job on your bag it looks awesome. The more familiar you get with your stitches the easier reading patterns will become.

I too have these pattern on my "to do" list....Cant wait to not drag home all those plastic grocery bags! This is a nice alternative!

Great looking bag, I happened to have made that same bag, but I
