Aerial Air Freshner Angel Crochet Pattern

I had a kit to make an Aerial Air Freshener Angel Doll and I can't find the pattern anywhere. I need to make more and I was hoping someone out there had just the pattern. It had a skirt with a pineapple overlay skirt. I have tried looking everywhere but just can't seem to find it. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
