New Baby

Hello Everyone, I have the most amazing news. I am to be a Grandmother in January. I am so excited. I want to crochet everything I see....LOL My daughter and her husband do want to know the sex and that will be determined in August. I want to make this little one so many things. I would love to do different, one of a kind type patterns. I have always been able to follow a pattern, no matter how difficult and have always been able to figure most out. I cannot design my own though. I want to make unique and adorable gifts for this little one. With a very small family, this is the first little one I have had to crochet for in my generation so baby patterns is something I really do not have in my collection. Can someone point me in the right direction for patterns? Up until August I will do the either/or patterns, until we know for sure wether it be boy or girl. Everyone here does such amazing work and I know some of you can help me in my new baby crochet endeavor. Thank you in advance for all of your suggestions. I appreciate the help.

Thanks Deb , You are fast. I am on my way there now. I have never had a reason to look up baby patterns and have used numerous web sites for other projects, now I cannot remember where I found unique projects. Thanks so much for your suggestion. I appreciate it! Happy Crochet!

you might try shifios design - she is a member here and has an advertising banner that comes on the top of the posts sometimes - she has really beautiful baby stuff and also a few for boys. too precious!!
