Hi, Has anyone ever seen the pattern for these toilet paper roll covers for sale? Thanks for any and all help.

No, but they sure are cute...you could probably improvise your own by making a rectangle in your favorite stitch pattern for the cover, then finding a crocheted toy pattern and just make the head and sew it on.

you could use this pattern then add a head of a animal to it! http://www.crochetnmore.com/toilettissuecoverhanging.htm

Can anyone tell if it might hang up, or just sit around looking adorable?
Thanks for the help. I do appreciate it!

the one in the picture in your post looks like it just sits there but you can always just add a hoop in the back to hang it up

i would say it would do both. A pretty way of keeping an extra roll of tp handy n case its needed.
