Knitted Shawler

Just finished designing a knitted version of my Shawler. This one is made with some wool yarn I got from the Mary Maxim catalog, called Ocean Sunset Ombre. I used size 13 straight needles. I had no trouble getting all the stitches on the needle. Some would prefer to use circulars, but I just can't seem to develop a liking to those. :ohdear

I really like it. It's very lightweight, even though it's a 5 on the label (bulky). I just don't know how it's going to launder though. I'll probably have to hand wash it. I have a Hand Wash cycle on my washer though. ;) I really like the way it's soft and not itchy & rough.
