seeking nascar car patterns

Hi -

Does anyone know of a pattern for race car or pillow etc???? I have looked but haven't seen any-I may make my own pattern.....

We are huge Nascar fans--I want to make race car pillows etc Thanks

Nascar images and logos are all copyrighted and trademarked. In order to legally distribute a pattern (for sale OR for free) using anything related to Nascar, the designer/publishing company would have to make appropriate licensing arrangements with Nascar. These arrangements are usually very, very expensive, if you can even get a company like Nascar to talk to you about it. (Many companies will not even respond to you if you don't meet their minimum qualification for paying them royalty fees upfront and doing so many millions of dollars a year in sales, etc.)

I am not aware of any licensed patterns for Nascar. If anyone does know of some, please feel free to let us know. To protect Crochetville against legal troubles related to contributory trademark and/or copyright infringement, we cannot allow links to, discussion of, or hints at how to find any unlicensed patterns that might exist out there, whether via post, PM, or email.

I bet you had no idea the answer would be this complicated, did you? :D

I don't know if it helps or not, but a lady here on the Ville, crochetsal has patterns on her site for sale that have tire tracks and tires, you might could use to make pillows or things, they are placemats and coasters you can see them here. My hubby is a Tony fan, and I thought about making them orange and black, but now I need to wait till next year and see what happens! :cheer
