Here's a few little coasters I made, #10 thread, the square one and the small round one is out of the 101 small doilies book; the other one will look okay when it's blocked I think.

How lovely! And I loved the ones on your blog, as well. The colors seemed sort of tropical. But that could be because I've got summer burnout approaching!

I'll have to try these - I enjoy thread, but I only need so many bookmarks, and I'm not a decorate-with-doily person, but you can never have too many coasters!

I like all 3 coasters but I like the square one the best. Can you get a closer picture so we can see the detail?

So cute! How will you use them? I would like to make a crocheted coaster, but I keep thinking they will get all wet and won't really do their job (it is very humid where I live, so glasses sweat a lot).
