While searching feverishly for something to make my father for Father's Day, I decided to create my own pattern. This is the end result:

This is the first time I've written one down to share with others, so I'm looking for a few testers.

If you're interested in testing, PM me and I'll email you the pattern.

Thanks!

Good Morning Jackie:
I have finished the hat and it looks great. I do not as yet have a photo but will try this afternoon to post it.
I used approx 80 gm (1/2 of a 175 gm ball) of RH Super Saver yarn and a 5:00 mm hook.
When I do another one I will only do Rounds 16-17: repeat round 7
3 rows seems to be too much.
I believe this would also look good in variegated yarn with a solid on rounds 7, 9, 10, 16 & 17. What do you think?
Thankyou for having me test your pattern.

Thanks so much for the input!!

I think I mentioned that my family has big heads, so
that may be why it was big :lol

I think varigated and/or alternating colors on the fpdc rows would be
cool!

can't wait to see a pic!
