Looking for a Men's Vest pattern

I have been searching for a simple men's vest pattern for my hubby. So far all I have found are fancy ones. Can anyone help?

Lion Brand has a nice one. It's got a front post stitch in it but once it's established it's easy to follow. Zaraliz
