I am looking to find a toddler hooded pullover sweater pattern. I thought that I had one in my stash but I have searched everywhere and cannot find it.

There was an Annie's Attic pattern of the day like that. It was called the Pink Marshmallow Hoodie, was designed by Anne E. Smith, and was in Crochet For Babies Pages 66-68 according to the pattern. The front buttoned, but you could join it into a single piece.

Bernat has a free pattern for a hoodie (size 4-10yrs but I bet you could downsize the pattern). This hoodie is really cute, they did it in pink camo, but you can obviously do it in another yarn for a boy :)
