I need HELP!! Smurfs!

Hello ya'll! I need help big time! My favorite high school teacher's birthday is coming up soon...we still keep in touch and he was not only a teacher, but a friend. Anyway..we use to call him the "Smurf"...and I found this on ebay..does ANYone have a pattern that you can share? I will be willing to pay you either with money or yarn! lol I REALLY want to make him a smurf :) Donna

You can find a Smurf pattern in Crochet World's "Christmas in July" edition from 1983.
