Snowman pattern

Have any of you talented crocheters figured out a way to crochet a Snowman to go over / around the Nestle Coffe mate 32oz plastic bottles.

I have saved a couple thinking that there has to be a way but I cannot figure out a pattern.
If anyone has done this and can share their pattern, I would appreciate it.
Was wanting to make a pair up for a local nursing home for their winter display.

You could probably just crochet a basic tube to place over the bottle. Then attach some kind of scarf (crocheted or otherwise) to tie around the bottle and then put a hat on the top and of course some kind of face.
