Looking for Old Coats & Clark Small Booklet

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for just the name & cover of a old Coats & Clark small
booklet #J12-374.

I'm pretty sure it's about afghans. I have a B/W photocopy of one of the
afghans (Ivory Rose), but not the booklet cover. Another afghan name is called 'Golden Beauty.

I'd like to purchase the book as well, but for now, I'd like to know the name and would like to at least see the cover.
