I need help with Frog Crazy Nephew

My 9 year old nephew is an avid reader, which is good, but he wants me to make him frog book marks in all sorts of colors for christmas, he wants the lifelike, except there is a hitch in this plan, I can't find a pattern. Anyone know where I can find one?
