Christmas tree skirt

Okay ladies, last night I was looking in the CAL's I think it was the finishing the Christmas project one and there was a white with red and green tree skirt in one of the posts. Can the amazing crafter that made that share the pattern?? I am in love with it!!!

What IS a tree skirt? Is it supposed to be like a carpet at the base of the tree or something? (it's easy to see that I'm not terribly domesticated, eh? :( )

they lay around the tree to cover the base of the tree and to put the presents on.

I made the RR one a month or so ago and it came out just lovely! I was very impressed with how easy and nice it ended up; I'm making two more over the next year for my brother and sister :D
