I have been playing around with motifs again. I find them fascinating to work with. In this one I was playing with combining different motifs to make unique design rather than one motif in repetition. I was also playing with color here also. I used 2 shades of light pink, white, and light olive green for this design. I did this one in size 10 threads with a size 7/1.65mm hook. It measures 13.5 inches across. I haven't written the pattern yet. But I did take good notes. Now I have to decide if I am going to write it out or not.
So let me know what you think about this one.

This one really caught my eye!!!:yes It definitely is worth taking the time to write it out. I love the use of the different motifs to make it look like a picture of spring. I so envy your use of thread and the miracle doilies you design. I do simple designing but yours are much more complex and so beautiful to look at. Please keep them coming. I know we all enjoy them so much.

It's lovely. It has the appearance of being tatted or the appearance of Irish crochet. I think it's because of the tight stitches with lots of space inbetween. It could appeal to someone looking for both of these looks.
