I think it is in a Crochet with Heart Premier Issue magazine but could be wrong. If anyone can lead me in the right direction would be appreciated. I am going to try and add a picture of it.

I just found a site that said that it was from the premier mag of Crochet with Heart like you said. I've been on ebay and can't find it :( Maybe someone else knows. Let me know if you find the pattern! It's beautiful.

There seems to be a lot of this magazine on Ebay site have not seen the completed doily as of yet. Found this site that has the doily made up.

Oh that is really pretty, I would also like to make one for Valentines day, buying the book wouldn't be bad, but the shipping/handling is atrocious.....

I went to the webshots photo's and the pattern is in the first issue of the magazine. With Ebay I check all prices for the book go into each dealer to see who has the best price for mailing and some will let you also offer a price.
