Granny Squares

HI everyone,
I am looking for some simple granny square patterns. I am horrible with reading directions and want something very simple so I can use up some scraps. I did find a book at Joann's, but they were too fancy for me.
I hope someone can help me out and point me in the right direction. Thank you.
