I've been searching high and low (internet and library books) for a couple of patterns for anything that uses this hook size so I can get some use out of it. But I have not been able to find any! My mom said I can use any of the patterns I already have, but I don't want to since that will throw off the gauge and look of the finished project. Does anyone have any patterns or links to patterns that use an N hook?

Funny you should ask. I was just at Joann Fabrics today looking at a book that was called Afghans a-z or something like that. I think it was by Leisure ARts. The patterns for Q, required an N hook. I almost got the book to make it, but the store didn't have an N hook. I will be going back there this weekend, if you would like to have the exact name, let me know.

The pattern says to use an M hook, but I've been using my N hook lately and love the results. This is my favorite charity hat for the homeless and last year I gave every one of my family members this hat, adults and children too. Hope this helps. :hook

Sadly I can't take pics. The program that transfers photos from my camera to the computer isn't working and I lost the install disc so I can't reinstall it. And my memory card in the camera is full. :( I e-mailed the manufacturer of the camera and told them what happened and asked if I could get another install disc for the program but I have not heard back from them yet. So the search for the disc continues.... Hopefully I can find it soon! I swear I kept everything together when I got the camera but apparently I didn't. :p
