I want to make my mom a bouquet of flowers and so far, everywhere I've looked, I've only found patterns for the actual flower, rather than the flower plus the stem and leaves so I can put together an actual bouquet. The flowers I have found that I've liked have been just the finished product, rather than the pattern for the flowers themselves (these are kind of what I'm looking on how to make: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=14145558)
I'm not just looking for free patterns - I never mind paying for patterns!
Any ideas???
Thanks! :crocheting

Here's a link how to make a daffodil - they just use a pipe cleaner for the stem or covered dowel.

Here is a link (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/showthread.php?t=91866&highlight=roses)to a thread that a 'ville member made the prettiest roses for her mom. Scroll down to post #8 and she links the patterns she used.
You can also go to Maggie Weldon's free crochet patterns (http://www.maggiescrochet.com/free-crochet-patterns-c-33.html?zenid=cea9f9d4a49c96ed4c56891497283ff1) and she has a really pretty bouquet of carnations.
I'll keep my eyes open for more and let you know if I find any.

Australian designer Jenny King has a book http://www.jennykingdesigns.com/crochet.htm (scroll down to see it)
I haven't seen the book in person but I think it may have what you are looking for. Maybe someone else has seen it and can give more info, or possibly you could access it via interlibrary loan. Just quickly googling, it looks like there are a couple of US places that carry it. Looks like you could order it from her site, tho I don't know how much postage would be.

Maggie Weldon had a good book on crochet flowers with leaves for the flowers.
