I am very interested in exploring this art after years of modifying existing patterns and creating my own.

I am workig with a whol bunch of baby pastel worsted wight yarns right now but want to graduate to the textured yarn.

Has anyone done frreform before? The web links seems to be great starting ponts but then what????

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Aloha,

Shane

There's a forum just for freeform. Check it out here (http://www.crochetville.org/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=43)! :hook

If you google freeform crochet, one of the first sites you see will be Prudence Mapstone. Start there and it will lead you on one very exciting adventure. There are many sites loaded with really great information.

A journey of 1000 scrumbles starts with the first motif. :lol

The rug isn't one of mine (I wish, lol!). I just posted some links to show what can be done with freeform. One of these days, I'll figure out how to post some of my pictures :)
