looking for hooded scarf for a child

HI everyone, I am looking for a hooded scarf pattern for a child about 1 years old does anyone know where I can find a pattern.

I have been all over the internet this morning and I can't find a pattern. I would like to get started making a few for christmas gifts. Thanks Janet.

I have made them with just a plain scarf pattern. Crochet a long rectangle that is maybe 20" wide x 48" long (I'm guessing) and then you sewn the middle edges maybe 18" (guessing again) together to create a "pocket". You do want your scarf longer than normal with this method, because the middle portion ends up over your head. This creates the hood portion and then the remaining ends are the scarf portion.

Another way would be to crochet the scarf, then crochet a square, sew two of the square's sides together and then sew the edge to the middle of your scarf.
