I would love to sort the New Posts by Forum. Is this possible? If not now maybe in the future. :U

I LOVE this feature...didn't think it would make that big a difference in skimming through new posts, but it is AMAZING.

(another board I'm admin on that uses this same software, I'm going to ask to have this implemented there too!)

(another board I'm admin on that uses this same software, I'm going to ask to have this implemented there too!) Is it a vBulletin forum? If so, you can have the admin contact me if she needs help. It's a smidge complicated (it requires custom coding) if you want the drop down menu so that users have a choice between sort by time and sort by forum.

yup...it's vBulletin forum. She said she has it downloaded, but not installed yet. But she would, just because I asked her! LOL

I let her know that you had it implemented here...so she may come look at it if she has problems.

That site has a TON of custom code already, but I'll let her know of your generous offer.

PS...This feels so much like home, it is VERY weird to be on here and not have admin powers. I'm so used to moving threads, updating spellings on titles, closing threads, etc. To not be able to do that is both nice and weird, if that makes sense.

ETA...the thing I miss most between the sites? Karma. It's such an easy way to give just a touch on a post or something cute.

Donna, you and Amy are so wonderful to keep this site the way you do. I appreciate it. I thought the "new posts" was different tonight, thought the I losing my mind, lol.
