Yet ANOTHER girl's halter top

So how many girl halter tops is this now? I've lost count.

Well, I decided to give it a go and made a halter for my daughter. Since I didn't have a pattern, I made one up that's loosely based on a bikini I did and the Brave New Bra Top (http://csabers.blogspot.com/2005/05/daring-danica.html) by Margaret Hubert (http://purljam.typepad.com/photos/knitting_tour_2005/mocha_chocolata_bratop.jpg). This one is made of Lion Brand Cotton Ease. I made the cups to size forgetting that I wanted to do a frilly edge, so they ended up much larger than anticipated. I fixed this by lacing them together.
