I found it before in the 12" (I believe) squares at www.crochetpatterncentral.com (http://www.crochetpatterncentral.com) but it isn't there now, which probably means the link no longer worked.

I can't get the link to work either it seems the web site for all those wonderful squares is no longer around it was from the Heartmade Blessings Organization. I know there was scare sometime ago about making kids things out of yarn and that since has change but the site never came back up.

This is why I save whatever patterns I like that I come across. We just never know how long they're going to be there.

The Heartmade Blessings site is not working properly at the present time. I don't know if the organization has closed or if they're just in the process of reworking their website.
In the meantime, patterns that used to be found there are most likely unavailable. It would be copyright infringement to distribute copies to anyone via post, PM, or email. It could also be contributory copyright infringement to share via those same methods any "back-door" methods there may be on the internet to finding those patterns. If you know about those methods yourself, please don't share them with others.
We need to respect the copyright of the Heartmade Blessings organization, and not attempt to distribute their patterns in any way without their permission.
