Shawl pattern needed!

Hi! I need a pattern for a shawl that would work for someone in a wheelchair.My mother wants me to make her a smaller one! She is always cold. I would like to make her something pretty.Any ideas? thankyou, Leslie

Too funny. I ran in and got out my book of patterns I had printed out. I just knew I had one like that. Sure enough-it was the same one Virginia just posted. Ahem-I guess great minds think alike. Seriously, I want to make this for myself. I like that it is not long in the back and denser than most.

That wheelchair wrap is great!

Just remember that the longer the point is on a shawl the more uncomfortable it'll be bunched up in the small of the back.

The Lion Brand has a wnderful Half Moon shawl, I think this works great for whellchar bound friends, as it doen't have any hanging, just my idea..
