Need Help Finding Old Pattern

Can anyone help me find this old pattern...It is of a crocheted shawl that has a waist band...My mother crocheted it for me in the mid to late 70's...We can not find her pattern...I took pictures of mine...Click on the link below..then on each picture to view it larger...

The best mother can remember she ordered it from some paper...maybe the Grit..it wasn't in a book..it was just printed out on paper

I am intrigued by this pattern! Sure hope you or your Mom can find this in her stash!! I'm sure she didn't throw it away!!

Adding the waistband really doesn't look complicated to me....
If you have a shawl pattern you like, why not just make a band and then stitch it to the bottom of the shawl? The shawl would have to reach the right place on your waist, but then it would just be a matter of putting the band on it.

I have no idea where the original pattern came from, though, sorry.

I have never seen anything like it. It is very nice and such a good idea. I too think the pattern would be great to have and to make it. I couldn't just do anything as I need a pattern. I hope somebody knows where you can get it from. Thanks for showing us the pictures as I liked looking at your shawl.
