Savannah Belle - Dress Sizes Newborn to 3T

Here is the first in a series of little darling dresses, reminiscent of sweet southern belles. This one features 3 tiers of lace each edged with scalloped flowers, with a beautiful underlay peaking out at the bottom.

All of the dresses will be sized newborn to 3T, and have some sort of accessory - headband, or cap, etc. Here is the first, Savannah Belle!
