View Full Version : April Showers: another new design to celebrate spring

I have been thinking spring here lately and my doily designs are reflecting that. Seems like flowers are calling to me. This doily to me represents the brillance of the spring flowers against the somber skies of our spring showers. Okay I get whimsical at times. This doily is done in a dusty blue which is a soft muted blue, Shell pink light and shell pink dark. It is done in size 20 thread with my 9/1.4mm hook. It measures 11.5 inches across. Would love to hear what you think of my latest.

The colors are BEAUTIFUL and the shape is GORGEOUS!!! I love all the doilies you design, but this is my new favorite. :cheer
