Handle Cover for Walker

Hi ~
I'm looking for a quick easy cover pattern for the handles of a walker ~ see link for example. Thanks!

here are a few patterns.
with the first one you could increase till it was large enough,
then work the length needed, sort of like a closed tube.
the other two have to be seamed.

as a cautionary note they should be very snug or they could
slip around and cause someone to easily get off balanced.
