Make Some Waves Dishcloth
by Nicole L. Patrick Materials: Size I (5.50 mm) Crochet Hook 2 Ozs Color A WW Cotton Yarn 2 Ozs Color B WW Cotton Yarn Yarn Needle to weave in ends Directions: With Color A, Ch 25 (or any multiple of 8 plus 1) Row 1: sc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in next ch, dc in next 4 ch, hdc, *sc in next 2 ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next 4 ch, hdc in next ch*; rep from * to * once more, sc in last ch, ch 1, turn Row 2: *sc in next st, hdc in next st, dc in next 4 st, hdc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * twice more, ch 1, turn Row 3: *sc in next st, hdc in next st, dc in next 4 st, hdc in next st, sc; rep from * twice more; join color B in last sc, finish off color A, ch 1, turn Row 4: sc in 2st st & ch 2 (counts as 1st dc); dc in next st, hdc in next st, sc in next st; *sc in next st, hdc in next st, dc in next four st, hdc in next st, sc in next st, rep from * once more, sc in next st, hdc in next st, dc in last 2 st. ch 1, turn. Row 5: sc in each st across, join color A in last st, finish off color B, ch 1 turn Row 6 - 10: Rep rows 1 - 5 Row 11 - 14: Rep rows 1 - 4, do not change colors in last st, finish off Row 15: Join color B in 1st ch of opposite side of foundation ch, sc and ch 2 (counts as 1st dc), dc in next ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next ch, *sc in next ch, hdc in next ch, dc in next 4 ch, hdc in next ch, sc, rep from * once more, ch 1, turn Rnd 1: sc in each st around all edges with 2 sc in each corner, ch 1 turn Rnd 2: Reverse sc in all st around, finish off Weave in all loose ends This pattern has not been tested. Thanks for the great pattern. I did find a couple of mistakes, however. In row 1, you missed a hdc after the 1st 4 dcs. Then in row 4 the stitch count doesn't come out right as written, I know what you mean, and I did it, but that isn't how it is written. Does that make any sense? It is getting late here and I am getting tired! LOL Other than those 2 things, it looks good! Thanks again for a great pattern.

Thanks so much for testing the pattern! It's really hard to test a pattern one has written. I just know what I need.
