Need doll patterns

My granddaughters doll is a 14" in little girl doll, NOT baby doll. Her orginal name is Mandy, anyone remember them, anyways, they are not barbie size, I do notknow how to search for any patterns, all keep coming up with barbie size, any help I would really appreciate
